MBNA Card

Post by mike newall » Fri Apr 26, 2013 12:02 am

Well..........

That didn't work did it ?

I phoned them up - on more than one occasion - too busy.

They used a photo of our aeroplane FFS !

So, I went on the website - no mention of the LAA LAA card anywhere.

I signed up with MBNA because I have just ordered £5,000 of stuff for my RV and wanted to support LAA.

I think I am supporting the Dogs Trust now..........

Got a great rate.....

Why do we bother ?

We are very sorry that you have had a problem with the new card. We have contacted MBNA, who are aware of the problem and are in the process of sorting this out .

In the meantime, if anyone else has had a problem please contact Simon Muddiman direct at [email protected] who will contact you and sort out your enquiry.

We have been informed by MBNA that the card application phone number is now up and running and able to accept calls from applicants wanting to take up the LAA Credit Card offer.
Once again, we are sorry for the confusion the unavailability of the line caused but it was outside of our control.
Thank you.

The Waifs and Strays card has done what I need, sadly the LAA have lost out.

I provided a most excellent photo for the promotion of the card, that is satisfaction enough...
