Phil is perfect for this role.
He has a broad experience of business, people, and he seems very astute at recognising opportunities. Just as important as above, he will call a spade a spade - an important quality for this role IMHO.
He also loves his LAA aircraft!! I always know when he has come back from flying as he comes right over my house on final!!
