Air Strip with house for sale.

I am having difficulty obtaining permission for my air strip.

I am a member of the FFA the following is available, but not suitable for me.

Glebe Farm is a 40 acre grassland farm with a 450 x 20m
runway. The taxiway leads to a 60 x 30 ft hangar & workshop(concrete floor,
water & electricity). There are also some other large outbuildings (also
with concreete floors) which would be perfect for workshops or more
hangarage. Approaches are all clear and no immediate neighbours. The
neighbourhood is aviation friendly (ie neighbouring property has helipad
with regular private flights). The runway has now been in use for 10 years
and we were going to apply for a certificate of lawful use. Glebe Farm is on
the aviation map 8 miles north of Banbury.

Isn't this the one where you are liable for the upkeep of the church to the tune of £250,000 or has that been sorted?
