We have been made aware of an e-mail which is being circulated pretending to be from the LAA and inferring that there is a LAA cadet pilot scheme. The attached word document is a spoof application form and contains an 070 prefix premium rate telephone number which are currently being used by fraudsters. The application form is of very poor quality and hopefully wouldn't fool most of the GA community, but please be vigilant.

Re: SCAM Alert - Cadet Pilot Assessment Form
I think that most of us are probably aware now that Nigerian Airways' recruitment programme is well and truly over, and anyone daft enough to reply has probably twigged that the positions have probably gone by now.
Also, most telephone numbers to Turweston , probably don't start with 070,,,,,, so this 'sticky' one could probably be dispensed with.
Just one other thing though, is my order for Viagra still sitting in cargo sheds at Lagos ? Coz I'm starting to lose interest now .
