Fareham Borough Council has put together a draft vision which explains how we see the future for the land we own at Daedalus. Deadline 23 September.

I think that Fareham Borough Council are to be applauded . They recognise their area's incredible aviation and maritime history and the importance with this airfields link to WW1 , but are also willing to embrace the future by encouraging high-tech industry and training establishments which support this.

It certainly appears that the folk behind this are planted firmly in the real world, as opposed to certain other politically correct, all inclusive, competition-averse, town hall box tickers , whose careers and pension funds flourish from public money [ours].
