Just possibly interesting..
However,a link that doesn't use Faceache or Twotter is needed. A lot of us don't use such things so don't know what the urgent warning is all about.

The post refers to flakes of some substance detaching from the extension tube on the pump, getting into the aircraft fuel system. Apart from warning of the source of the problem the risk mitigation is clearly stated- never pump fuel directly into the aircraft fuel tank. Always use a filtered funnel.
