Duxford Airfield Manager, Tom Turner

I know many LAA members will have met Tom in recent years, as the coordinator and host of LAA Fly-Ins and Safety Days at Duxford, as well as the starting point of the LAA 70 Round-Britain Relay.

Sad to report that Tom suffered a serious accident at Duxford earlier this week, when a car he was travelling in at a corporate event left the runway, went through a perimeter fence and ended up in an adjacent field. He is currently recovering in Addenbrooke's Hospital.

I'm sure all LAA members will want to wish Tom the best in his recovery - and if any Duxfordites read this forum, please pass on our best wishes.
