G-INFO addresses

From today, the 1st March 2017, the BMAA is able to offer members the opportunity to use the BMAA office address as the displayed address on the CAA publicly accessed database, G-INFO. We hope that this opportunity will address the concerns expressed by some members that their home address being shown on the public database might affect their personal and aircraft security.There is a small charge for the service to cover onward postage costs.
To take up this option please visit our website, go to information library and choose G-INFO C/O Address option which explains how to go about changing your G-INFO address. We hope that you will find this service for members useful.

Any plans for the LAA to launch a similar scheme ?

I have always wondered why it is permissible to source the registered owner/keeper of an A/C from its registration but to do the same for a road vehicle there are numerous hoops to be jumped through.
Sounds as if it could the C/O solution could be work and possibly for a small few generate some income for the LAA
