So, from 1st May 2018 Birmingham Radar’s frequency has changed from 118.050 to 123.980.
This also applies to listening squawks, as shown on NATS' new card at:

However, NATS' current AIrpsace Aware (Easy VFR) database update still shows 118.050. A bit confusing.
