i've certainly been very taken by the idea of owning a FRED and had arranged viewing the week after next. But that's now a future possibility as I've just got a Jodel share at an airfield 15 minutes from home. Spreading the costs of ownership and maintenance among six people will be a lot cheaper and more convenient for me.

I'll still look out for a local VW single seater share, which could be a FRED.
