Hi everyone
I’m looking to make note of where I can readily drop in and buy MOGAS at airfields in Scotland.
Can anyone share their experience?
Thanks

Re: MOGAS availability in Scotland?
I don’t think there are any that sell Mogas on site. Most cases it’s cans from a local filling station.
I use it myself from a farm strip. Stop at Tesco on the way! Then use Avgas if I go far enough to need topped up.
Best to phone ahead and ask if there are cans and transport available.

I can't think of a single one.
I agree with Trevor's comment that it's cans from a local filling station, hopefully not too far distant. That might be OK if it's just a few litres and the filling station isn't too far but for a jerry can or two you're going to need transport.
It doesn't help that filling stations in the countryside, where the airstrips tend to be, are a bit of a rarity these days.
Closest I'm aware of is Montrose with a filling station about half a klick away but as a once-a-year-pop-up-strip that's not a lot of use.
