NPPL Medical Self Declaration Renewal via Cellma

I have a valid NPPL and my existing medical Declaration (DVLC Group 1 terms) expires on 9/9/22.

I have re registered with the CAA web site and activated my account, but am having trouble finding the new "Cellma" online Medical Self Declaration Form.

Reference to the LAPL keeps popping up, but not much, if anything, for the NPPL.
Are there some further registration or I.D. formalities that I may have missed or am I looking in entirely the wrong place for the online form? I assume the Declaration form is the same for the NPPL as the other licences.

Any help would be appreciated.
(Since posting I have tried again several more times and managed to upload the required( I assume ) copies of my driving licence & a utility bill, which have produced a very brief acknowledgement. Is there anything else that needs doing?)
