First of all, thank you to all those who completed the electronic voting last week, following the difficulties experienced at the LAA AGM on Sunday 23rd October.
This is a follow-up reminder following our mail of 2nd November, that we will have a short online meeting at 10am this Sunday, 13th November to announce the votes cast and to formally close the adjourned AGM in accordance with our Association rules and articles.

The votes made electronically have been verified and the Company Secretary is happy that these be added to the votes taken in the room and the votes recorded by proxy voting. This will be a short meeting, in order that those who wish, will be able to join Armistice Memorial activities.
Results of the voting will be posted on the LAA website on Monday and reported on the LAA member forum. A full report on the AGM will also be included in the December magazine.
As always, to ensure security, please don’t pass on the Zoom details and passcode to anyone else. It is an LAA members-only meeting. And again, our sincere apologies for the technical issues that prevented our voting on the day. Thank you for your patience.
