Try http://www.xcweather.co.uk if you want a very useful quick weather site.
It defaults to wind arrows, but you can change the panel for other aspects - vis, temp minus dew point, pressure etc. Hover on a place and you can see the present and predicted weather. Can get animated info for up to the last 24 hrs, to help your interpretation... etc.
Lots on there - quick to use - good for deciding which way to fly if you've no particular place to go.
