I'm not sure what the purpose of making it look like headed paper is - a linked logo to the home page might be useful though without being overwhelming.

It also looks a bit daft when replying and reduces the space for the Topic review that can be handy to refer to when composing a reply.

At least my screen won't run out of blue ink/toner!
