Hello All - I am starting a project in Northern Ireland to involve young people in the rebuilding of a primary Glider - we are calling it the Grasshopper Aeroplane Factory - but it appears to be an Elliott's of Newbury (EoN) glider that the Ulster Gliding Club has donated to the project.

If you are interested in supporting this project, or you know of some young people that might be interested in learning some hands-on woodworking and metalworking skills, as well as reading drawings, organizing files and parts, please get in touch.

We are having problems at the minute finding a suitable workspace, but I am trying to find something in the Ballymena area.
