Continental C85-8F converted to C90-8F
This engine was removed for complete overhaul as a C85-8F but the crank was found to be no longer serviceable. A replacement crankshaft was no longer available so the aircraft was fitted with a C90-12F whilst the C85-8F was converted to a C90 - 8F using a standard C90/O200A crankshaft via STC. The cylinders were replaced with millenium cylinders and all other items brought to a serviceable standard. New/refurbished items fitted are far too many to be listed but all are supported by paperwork. The engine remains in a dissassembled state to enable any inspection by any party before purchase and your inspector or maintenance organisation to inspect, assemble and test. I have sold the original aeroplane so I have no further use for a standby engine. I can provide further info by email if required. All supporting paperwork will be provided to the buyer.
