Jodel wing cart

I have a cart that was made up with a Heavy TV frame and large castors. It made it easy to move my Jodel wing around the workshop. It is free to good home, as I will not be needing it again, and it was too useful to chuck away.

It was D11 size but would cut down if you wanted it for a D9

Would it go on a pair of roof bars?

It would , It is actually a TV base made of steel and has large 3 inch wheels ,I shortened it and put a flat top on with hole for the bits to go through, I can send an email picture if needed. It worked well for me allowing me to roll the on end wing around the workshop without trouble. But anyone couls make do and mend a thing like it for little of money and lots of scavenging.
Where is middle earth?
