Isaacs Spitfire Plans Wanted- Now sourced, thanks

Having just sold my set a few weeks ago, I have come to regret the decision :(
Mrs S won't allow me to buy another new set (fair enough) so I'm looking for a second hand set in very good condition. If your have a set that is gathering dust, please email me at

Mark, was this decision reached after seeing the particularly nice example at the rally?

Sadly I do not have any. Have you tried advertising on www.homebuiltairplanes.com?

Good afternoon Gary,

I think you're in luck. I believe the LAA Office can sell you a set.

Good luck with your build.

Hi folks,

I am aware that the LAA sell new plans (see initial post) but I am looking for an 'as new' unused set that might be gathering dust-there should be a few about.

Having bought a set a few years ago and then bought a BA4B shortly afterwards, they lay fallow. I decided to sell them recently and, whilst packing them up for post, I realised that my interest is still there. However, a deal had been struck so I honoured the sale as agreed.

I'm not keen on buying new twice  and my good lady thinks I'm unhinged, so I'm hopeful that I might pick up a set via this forum.

£100 is what I sold for, so that's my budget.
