Wanted; Friebe mechanical tachometer 0 - 3500 RPM as fitted to Tipsy Nipper / Ardem. Instrument only as mine is broken and repair which is in hand is forecast to take some months which will delay completion of my Nipper project.

Hi David,
I think I have one of those Tachos lying on the shelf in the garage, (mine is electronic). Tomorrow I'll check it out and let you know. I think I also have the drive cable.

Hi David,
I've checked the Tachometer. It is made by AC not Friebe, it is 0-3500 with hour meter, standard dia. and the needle rotates clockwise around the dial. I don't know the internal gear ratio it doesn't appear anywhere on the instrument.
What would you like to do ?
