Piper 180 Type nosewheel Spat??

Avidly searching for a suitable Spat for the NAC-1 Freelance Nose wheel.
The old PA 28-180/235 Cherokee type with Fin looks the most likely start point....( the nose leg of the freelance is believed to be Tri-pacer or Cherokee.)6-600 wheel/tyre size.
Period Photographs show a bunt nose type of spat presumably made" in house" at the Norman Aircraft Company.. ....any suggestions gratefully received? Thank you.
