Anything in particular you are after? Anything you want to sell under £100?

S-18 (Thorp T-18C-W) plans

Post by dmcnicholl » Mon Jun 11, 2018 9:16 am

I have a set of plans for the Sutherland S-18, a variant of the Thorp T-18C-W which I will never build.

The licence to build is 'not transferrable' so these are of little more than perhaps academic interest to someone. Accordingly I offer them free of charge and only ask £15 to cover UK shipping costs. They are in a box measuring 30x23x16cm weighing 4.6kg.

If there is no interest they will go into the recycling bin in a month.

If you would like to donate them to the LAA Library we would be happy to have them. To save postage you could bring them to the LAA Rally or drop them off at Turweston while you are passing.

Stuart, I wasn't even aware there was a LAA library of such things but that could be a possibility, certainly better than dumping them in the recycle bin…but…while I am passing? You have no idea how unlikely an occurrence that is.

As for dropping them off at the rally my little aeroplane luggage locker couldn't handle the weight or the bulk along with a tent, sleeping bag and other stuff.

These drawings are no longer available as they are on their way to the LAA library.
