Lovely new Italian aircraft...

Post by Nick Allen »

An Italian friend of mine saw this at a recent gathering:

Company URL here: http://www.dallair.com/
How sweet is that? (And someone has developed an inverted-oil system for the Rotax for it; though I can't help thinking UL-260i...)
Hopefully, there will be a write up of it in the AeroExpo report that I'm sure Brian is preparing!

Beautiful lines, it will be interesting to see if it flys as well as it looks. The Italians seem to have a "knack" with sporty designs.

It'll be interesting to see what size of person can actually fit into it. It looks rather similar to the Pulsar XP I went to look at last week with a view to buying, only to find that, at 5'9", I couldn't fit into the cockpit due to lack of headroom.
