OFCOM Charging For VHF Licences

Post by tnowak » Wed Apr 28, 2010 8:14 am

Thanks to the LAA team who have put together a very comprehensive submisison regarding the OFCOM VHF Licence charging proposals. Clearly a lot of work went into the LAA response - well done.

Bouquet for Brady and friends

Post by Graham Clark » Mon May 03, 2010 7:18 am

I want to thank John Brady and all those who helped him with the LAA response. It is most satisfying to see the OFCOM arguments demolished piece by piece. However, it will only be finally satisfying if these proposals are eventually binned.
In the meantime, thanks for the many hours of slogging and research that have obviously gone into the LAA submission.
John has well earned his rest by the pool.

Another vote of thanks from me. I hope the weather by his pool is better than the weather by mine - which is meant to be a drive.

I'd like to add my thanks to John for all his work on our behalf, not just on this issue but all the other consultations he's dealt with each time with forensic skills of a high order. The Association is so lucky to have such an able advocate.
