Would be very interesting to know how many members of the LAA are actively building a SSDR aircraft, at this moment, how about a list to share experiance etc.
I'm building at the moment and all ally at that.

Mike, what engine are you using? if its the SOLO give me a ring, it needs some mods to handle the gyroscopic forces of a big prop. trust me you dont want the prop flying off....

Saw the Eindecker (spelling?) at Sywell at the weekend.
What a lovely piece of kit - I want one.
I particularly like the metal cowlings etc, so much nicer than the run of the mill composite stuff.
S'pose I'd better finish the 'Duster project first though.

Eindecker
Dave, current favourite is the Hirth F23 lightweight, but I've only just started the rudder so that decision is still some way off.

Are there many (or any) kit-build SSDR flex-wing designs available? (perhaps with the wing bought-in from a hanglider maker).
I quite fancy a Dragonfly, but they are not good value for money.

Don't make me go over to the BMAA!

Hi Ron, I have spoken to Penny about this and she plans to sort it in the next day or two. Also going to lock the For Sale and Wants so that it can be removed in due course and just leave the separate For Sale, and Wanted tabs (she may have actually done this already, I haven't checked).
