Beneficial shareholders

Post by Brian Hope » Mon Oct 04, 2010 9:20 pm

Under the new structure of the Association as a Limited Company, members can only vote at the AGM, or send in a proxy vote, if they have signed up as beneficial shareholders. You will find more details on the link from the home page of the LAA website and can download the appropriate form. If you intend coming to the AGM, please ensure that you have completed the form and sent it to LAA HQ, it will avoid unnecessary delay at the AGM. Thank you.

Brian, Is there a way we can check if we have done this?

I can recall downloading the form, but not posting it

Hi Ian, yes there is. Click on the Members Area tab and if you are already logged on the message in red at the top will say Welcome back Ian Melville. Thank you for being a Beneficial Shareholder.
Of course if you aren't a shareholder it will say something like Become a Beneficial Shareholder by completingthe form below.
You can fill out the form and send it electronically.

Thanks Brian, however I get a 404 error when I try to log in via the membership area. OK from the members area, which shows that I did post the form.

I'll say Hullo on Sat :D
