external wind-driven generators

Hi all,
Has anybody an experience with external wind-driven generators? can anyone point to suitable websites with regard to installation/wiring diagrams/costs,etc?

Hi Mick, Pete Smoothy sells the Turbo Alternator for about £535 + vat. It produces 6amps at 70mph I believe. See http://shop.airworlduk.com/
