Hi All,
Quick question, Has Section 4 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 been changed by the 2012 Act?
Thats the bit that gives the CAA a legal footing to be biased about GA.
Possibly a question for Roger Hopkinson or John Brady but if any one has the answer.
