Can anybody at HQ tell me why the NPPL sites that are controlled by the LAA have got the home page from the forum stuffed right across them and even the directly accessed site has the same affliction.
Makes it difficult to understand when a 1/3 is covered by a big blue box. It was not just my computor that has the trouble my friends one does as well so it must be a site thing.
I can see what Graham is getting at. If I try and access NPPL information via LAA's website by going to the Search box at the top of the blue side-bar on the home page , the NPPL information comes up , but with the blue side-bar covering most of the text.
I could only find the info that Penny posted by doing a Google search. Although I have to say , I'm not the most computer literate person either.
I'm sure the younger members [the under 55's ] are probably having a good chuckle over this one.
Yes but even the direct entered site has a red box that covers a bit of the information.
The Site entered info using a link has a large blue box covering the info.
No it happens to other computors on both sites.
The LAA home page information sits on the linked page and the direct one has a red box partly over the information.
I do not need the information any more but it must affect others.
I assume that you are accessing the site from a Microsoft Windows PC. Could you please send the office a screen shot of the problem to help the technical chaps to investigate further?
To take a screen shot:
1. Open your browser and go to the affected site
2. Press the key combination of Ctrl - Alt - Print Screen at the same time
3. Open Microsoft Word and paste the image into the document.
4. Save the Word document and e-mail it to the office.
