Five day tmz, 26th October to 30th October 2015, 0800 to 1800 local, see http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/SafetyNotice2015004..PDF for details and chart of extent, basically a long rectangle in the general orientation of the A1 up from south of Dishforth to south of D408, see chart for width. There are contact details for how to transit without the required equipment in the announcement
