Rans S6 seatbelts wanted with swivel fittings

Hi i have recently purchased a Rans S6 3 axis microlight and when my inspector came over to look at the aircraft to tell me what i needed to do to renew its permit to fly he noticed that since the mandatory notice to change the seat belts in 2001 MOD/204/010 which required a swivel fitting on the lap strap to swivel the shoulder strap so it did not bunch up on one side as supplied by the aircraft manufacturer Rans USA in 1997-1998
It would appear that even after being inspected for a permit renewal in 2002 - 2007 non of the inspectors made sure that this mod had been carried out.
i am asking for help please in locating a set of left and right handed seat belts with the swivel fittings. Do you know of any aircraft that have crashed and are non repaireable or do you have a set just laying around? i am not too worried about their condition as i have a manufacturer who will replace the webbing etc.

I know of one guy with a written off S6 and AFIK the belts are not yet spoken for.
