Portmadoc Strip ?

I heard someone on the radio the other day (didnt catch the call sign) saying their destination was a strip at Porthmadoc, does anyone know where it is or have a contact for it? I have seen paramotors near there.
Still looking for somewhere to occasionally land near Criccieth (Black Rocksands would be great when the tides out but I dont fancy all that salt near my precious).
I found a willing farmer at Afon Wen but the last time I looked the feild had a tall crop in.

I once used a field at Talsarnau, near Harlech a while since (with permission)
But that's across the estuary from Porthmadoc.
You'll be doing well to find any private strips in Wales ! (mainly cos they're private !)

Dave, Talsarnau is of interest as its on the train line round to Criccieth, would you have any details?

The land is very flat in the Porthmadoc reclaimed land area, there must be someone flying from there.
