Bill,
Sorry, work is taking over (work being the curse of the non-retired flying classes)

A few links you may find valuable:

http://www.almet-metal.com/documentations.html,

download the "parachevemet" file, page 8 you have some elbows I'm thinking of. Go to any industrial piping company, they will tell you where to find what you are looking for.

Other ideas:

Car tuning:
http://www.gt2i-competition.com/index.p ... 0c&&page=3

truck bodybuiders:
http://www.todd.fr/web/menuCiterneprodu ... atiques.do

Bottom of page, you have:
603617200 COUDE ALU 90 D=100/108
603617000 COUDE ALU 90 D50/60
D037244-00 COUDE ALU 90 DIAM 80/90
D038620-00 COUDE ALU SOUDE 2"

4x4 tuners:

Happy track, plenty possibilities for me to achieve a good result with a little of workmanship if you stick to DIY (the most rewarding way 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) ).

Bertrand,
Many thanks, these look very helpful. I did look through some UK motorsport sites eg Demon Tweeks but didn't find anything suitable. You are testing my schoolboy French now; thank goodness for online translation services!
