Any aircraft engineering maintenance firm should have the facilities for pressure testing hoses if this is a mandatory routine requirement. All 'O' seals, Dowty seals and rubber lined hoses have a "cure" date after which there is a recommended date for replacement. The maintenance authority should have a set of suitably ranged and in date test gauges (sometimes called sub-standard gauges - called such, because they are calibrated against master or standard gauges) for each test medium. A test gauge, pressure pump and associated system used for testing say brake hydraulics, cannot be used to test fuel components due to risk of cross contamination. If you acquire new hoses, they should have a cure date (if rubber) and a test certificate along with the appropriate QA documentation.
