I note from the CEAPR website that there still isn't any real news regarding the Type Certificate, Design Support and the other items that are required to be in place to support a Type Certified aircraft. Parts are still a nightmare. Towards the end of last year, I raised the question with my regional Office as to 'where did I stand certifying Robin aircraft?' No guidance given at the time, and nothing since. I am guessing that the CAA are watching and waiting to see what actions or decisions EASA will take. Two days ago, I renewed my subscriptions with CEAPR, and today I shall be attempting to issue the ARC for a locally based DR 400. In a couple of weeks, I shall be doing the same for a DR 250. Will this be for the last time? I sincerely hope not.
