due to primary radar outage, Belfast area transponder mandatory zone with some exemptions:

One must of course ask, why didnt they get the new radar working before de-comissioning the old one??
Oh I forgot, its now easy to just impose a TMZ, seems no consultation needed any more, so it doesnt matter if they cant be bothered to plan these things. After all it only inconveniences a few private pilots and we dont care about them.
