Does nyone know if an alternator from an 0-200 will fit directly on to a C90f? :?:

Yes they are the same providing you have the drive pinions.
You will need a different voltage control the prestolite alternator has a field coil exciter and the older type is a carbon block unit
if you have a plane-power one, then one is self contained and the other type has a separate control box.
