FlyOnTrack - new radar replay, new 'restrictions outlook'

A couple of updates to FlyOnTrack to fill the post-wedding void:

a) a new Radar Replay: 15 minutes of disruption in the Stansted CTR (played at 4x so about 4 minutes of video) due to misidentification of land features departing Earl's Colne meaning to route over Stapleford en-route to destination. See 'radar replay' tag

b) whilst you are there, the 'May' outlook at signed off restrictions is there a couple of days early, plenty of events with temporary restrictions all around the country, (and GPS jamming) - well worth a browse for the diagrams - see 'hotnews' on main page

... and there is of course the AWARE 'lucky draw' running until end of April on the competitions
