Graham Lee Nieuports

Hi

I have just been reading Dick Starks books about the Kansas City Dawn Patrol. I dont seem to be able to find the Graham Lee Nieuports listed as an approved LAA type. Is there any particular reason for this or is it just down to the fact that nobody in the UK has built one?
