I sbmitted my paperwork 20th September and as yet recieved nothing.

It took them a month to do a simple SEP re-validation on my licence in the summer. Got all sorts of conflicting stories and excuses when, in fact, all the paperwork and payments were 100% correct. It was very annoying as I couldn't go flying when I wanted. I think they are maxed out.....

I need to renew my national ATPL/IR next year and only need a PPL/IMC now - I think it is going to be a nightmare trying to research my options and get a definitive answer!

Guess what, 57 working days later and a bright blue CAA Flight Crew Licence holder has arrived on my mat.

Yep you guessed it.

No licence inside. :?

The waiting continues.

Well guess what, a bang on the door and the man from Fed Ex delivered another licence holder but this one has my new Part FCL licence within.

Not very impressive. :(

Still, 58 days to arrive could've been worse.

The good news is that I can speak English forever, it says so, at the bottom level 6. :D
