Nats high/medium risk infringements already > 2012

The NATS figure to end of July have just been released for FlyOnTrack, and both the high risk and medium risk figures to end of July already exceed last year's full totals, and that is with all the bad weather suppressing flying earlier this year, which of course could be a factor in itself.
