Have you tried Jabiru themselves? Their website has a list of engine mounts for various aircraft types. Drawings for most.

You don't say whether you have tried Mike Moulai at Silverfern Microlights, as the UK importer of the Kolb with Jabiru engine he'd be the obvious first point of contact.
