Resealing leaking wing tanks

I am looking for suggestions as to the best way to reseal a leaking Renegade Spirit wing tank that appears to be weeping very slightly through what looks to be an earlier external fiberglass repair patch?

Is there a way to do this without de-rigging the wing and removing it from the aircraft?
