No Flyer Live show for 2017

Unfortunate news from Ian Seager that the Flyer Live show, held at the Telford International Centre for the past three years and at the NEC and various other venues previous to that, will not take place this year while Seager Publishing decides on its future. Let us hope it returns for 2018 in a sustainable format.

I went last year but decided against this year because of the location at Telford. The NEC has much better links. Having said that the show in 2015 was good.

Even though it was further for me to travel, I much preferred Telford. It is a cosier set up and certainly in 2014 and 2015 the show had a buzz to it, as it did when it was there in the past over ten years ago. NEC was too large and impersonal, the show always felt rather lost in what was too large a hall for it.
