Although I am aware that Bristol Strut have arranged a meeting to discuss this subject is there anywhere else where one can view the proposals

Bristol NATS had intended to run something if we didn't. May be worth contacting your local NATS org to check. I'm happy to pass on Colin Gill's contact info to any strut wishing to run their own regional event.
