Does anyone have a rough idea how much it would cost to have an Emeraude recovered in ceconite by a competent person?
Thanks

Didn't think the cost of re-covering an Emeraude would be such a secret
Anyone able to post a ball park figure? How much would the materials alone be?
Would have thought there could also be a lot of variables once the underlying structure was revealed, in that some remedial wood and metalwork might be required?

No Big secret it all depends on 2 Things. 1: What is found hiding under the old fabric. 2: The type of finish required. I have never removed old fabric and found nothing to do but put the new fabric on. As for 2 a Scheme Z cellulose finish is less labour intensive than most other finishes, If you want the wet look shine of polyurethane then to get a good neat finish will take a lot longer. A rough estimate for materials would be £1,000. mark.
