Engineering Dept Performance

Post by Simon Clifton » Fri Apr 09, 2010 3:00 pm

I would just like to publically thank the LAA engineering dept (Maxine and Andy Draper were the one's I corresponded with) for turning around both an annual permit and a mod application for my syndicate very rapidly indeed.

How Andy managed this whilst he was on holiday, I have no idea. It was a very impressive service indeed.

Thanks again

Simon,

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to place a positive post on the website. I think we're well served by our engineers and when things are delayed there's usually a good reason although sometimes it's not politic to explain why.
