The Felthorpe Flying Group (http://www.felthorpe.net) has a Mk1E Attitude Indicator for sale, on behalf of a late member's widow.
It is of the type fitted to a DHC1 Chipmunk. It is for sale for £25 and not sold as airworthy.
It is in very good visual condition with good clean white horizon and bar.
Made by the Sperry Gyroscope Co Ltd, Brentford, England. Modification nos Inst/A/218,246,258 and 312 incorporated. Ser No 3127/58 3¾” diameter instrument panel hole required, overall length 6¾”
