My minicab is just in limits, but I guess the Jodels will be too heavy. The max approved wing loading is currently 10lb/sq ft, and a mauw of 600Kg. The website says that there is a MKIII version which is 25% stronger and lighter still which is undergoing testing with the LAA.

I think you will find that the Jodel D18 for example is within your stated limit of 10 lb/sq ft at 460 kg mauw but not at the higher mauw of 499 kg that is allowed for D18s built of Douglas Fir with 80 hp engines.

It should be OK for a D112 with a MAUW of 1168lbs and wing area of 137 sq ft (=8.5 lbs/sq ft)
