Bing carb parts (912 & Jabiru)

Now Bing carb. parts especially rubber diaphragms, flanged stubs, needles and their jets would be nice to get for a price at which we'd probably be happy to do more preventive maintenance.

Many of us could do with those parts already handy in a darkened storage place at 'Annual' inspection time. Then one could change the parts straight away.

I've tried trawling BMW sites for the same size carb but of course the part numbers don't tally. I for one would be delighted for an equivalent list of the more expensive bits here, especially diaprhragms and connection stubs.

Has anyone found such info. or may be has experience of parts from a competitive source

Bing components are easy to get and cheaply priced here. For example a rebuild set for 40 mm CD carbs incl. 2 membranes, various O-rings and gaskets cost around €45,--
